Dr. Earl R. Horowitz has been practicing in Jacksonville
for over 40 years.
He has been chosen by Podiatric Management Publication as
one of the 150 most outstanding podiatrist in the country.
For the past three years he has focused his podiatric
practice on the diabetic patient due to the many
complications associated with lower extremity care. Dr.
Horowitz is board certified.
The American Diabetes Association recommends that diabetics
